Why we chose it What put it on our list 4 points
    • The label gives every organ its own amount: liver, kidney, heart, pancreas and spleen, 600 mg each per six capsules (3,000 mg in all), with bovine gelatin as the only other ingredient. No blend.
    • The page and the quality page say the organs come from grass-fed, grass-finished cattle raised on regenerative farms in New Zealand and gently freeze-dried. The label says it is made without stearates, fillers, binders or flow agents.
    • Enviromedica says it makes every product in its own cGMP, FDA-compliant facility in Austin, Texas, with in-house quality control and third-party testing.
    • At about $40 for 30 servings it costs about $1.33 a day. No California Prop 65 notice names Enviromedica (Attorney General’s database, 2026-10-22), and no FDA warning letter is for it.
Trade-offs What to weigh before you buy 3 points
    • Vitamin A. It contains liver, and liver-containing products can be high in vitamin A, especially in pregnancy. The label lists 600 mg of liver a day, a fifth of what Enviromedica’s liver-only capsule gives, but no vitamin A amount. If you are or could be pregnant, or take other vitamin A, ask a clinician first. See our vitamin A guide.
    • Testing is described, not shown. The page says “third-party tested for quality” and the quality page says “rigorous third-party testing,” but no lab is named and no certificate, lot report or heavy-metal result is posted.
    • New Zealand origin and grass-fed are the maker’s claims. No farms are named and no certifier or audit is shown. No PFAS results are posted. A missing Prop 65 notice is not a test result.
What to know Details worth knowing first

Our guide to organ meats as a multivitamin says liver, heart and kidney probably help close nutrient gaps, though no trial tests capsules. Enviromedica’s Pastured Organ Complex puts five organs in one capsule and shows how much of each, from New Zealand cattle, which is what we look for in labels.

A caution comes first: liver-containing products can be high in vitamin A, especially in pregnancy. The label gives no vitamin A figure for its 600 mg of liver, which is the number that matters in pregnancy and alongside other vitamin A. Our liver guide and vitamin A guide cover the limits.

What we could not confirm is the testing. The maker says it tests in its own Texas facility and with outside labs, but names no lab and posts no report, so purity rests on its word. We are asking Enviromedica for a certificate of analysis for the lot and for the vitamin A content of a serving.
