Overnight Oats, Three Ways
The ultimate no-cook meal-prep breakfast — one base, three flavors, ready in the fridge all week.
Chia and oats create a fiber-rich, slow-digesting breakfast; Greek yogurt pushes each jar over 15g of protein.
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, and honey until evenly combined.
- Divide the base among four jars or containers.
- Berry jar: stir in a handful of berries. PB jar: swirl in a spoon of peanut butter and sliced banana. Chocolate jar: stir in the cacao powder.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight. They keep for up to 4 days — grab one on your way out the door.
Tips
- If it is too thick in the morning, loosen with a splash of milk.
- Add the fresh fruit the night before for the berry and PB versions, or morning-of to keep it brighter.
