Overnight Oats, Three Ways

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, and honey until evenly combined.
  2. Divide the base among four jars or containers.
  3. Berry jar: stir in a handful of berries. PB jar: swirl in a spoon of peanut butter and sliced banana. Chocolate jar: stir in the cacao powder.
  4. Seal and refrigerate overnight. They keep for up to 4 days — grab one on your way out the door.

Tips

  • If it is too thick in the morning, loosen with a splash of milk.
  • Add the fresh fruit the night before for the berry and PB versions, or morning-of to keep it brighter.
