  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Stir the yogurt with the honey and vanilla, then spread it about 1/4-inch thick across the parchment.
  3. Scatter the berries, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate chips over the top and press them in gently.
  4. Freeze at least 4 hours until solid.
  5. Break into pieces and keep frozen in a container. Eat straight from the freezer.

Tips

  • Full-fat yogurt makes creamier bark that is less icy than low-fat.
  • Let it sit for a minute out of the freezer before breaking so it snaps cleanly.
